Hillsideout presents the mosaiced writing desk which is part of the mosaiced furniture collection. The table is made of old various woods, legs of concrete, resin and a reading lamp. The form of an old candleholder transforms into electrical light and the inside of a little drawer made of plexiglass and resin reveals through a glass on its top an antique labyrinth. This arrangement of coloured tiles refer to a well-known ceiling of an historic "palazzo" in the downtown of Milan which used to be one of the first private homes illuminated by electrical light.
